Welcome to AiPrepCert. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, website (aiprepcert.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any AiPrepCert application, or by accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice within our apps. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. Subscription & Payments

AiPrepCert offers both free and premium tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to core study features, including question banks, basic practice tests, and limited AI features. The Free tier is available at no cost and does not require a subscription.
• Premium Subscription: Access to all features, including AI tutoring, mock interviews, advanced analytics, and unlimited practice tests. Premium is available at:
  • Monthly: $4.99 per month
  • Annual: $29.99 per year

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refund requests are subject to the respective app store's refund policies.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after reasonable advance notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of AiPrepCert or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

Government exam questions used in our apps may be sourced from publicly available official materials. AiPrepCert's original explanations, AI-generated content, and app features remain our intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AiPrepCert does not guarantee that:

• Using our apps will result in passing any exam
• The content is free from errors or completely up to date with the latest exam requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated explanations or tutoring responses are always accurate

Our apps are study aids and should be used alongside official study materials. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, including USCIS, DMV, or BAMF.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiPrepCert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain payable
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us at support@aiprepcert.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
