Download the AiPrepCert app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Sign Up." You can create an account using your email address, or sign in with your Apple ID or Google account.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link via email. If you signed in with Apple ID or Google, you do not have a separate AiPrepCert password — simply tap the respective sign-in button.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your progress will sync automatically. AiPrepCert is available on both iOS and Android, so you can study on your phone and tablet seamlessly.

Go to the app's Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. Make sure to cancel any active subscription first through your device's app store settings. You can also request deletion by emailing support@aiprepcert.com.

The Free tier includes access to the full question bank, basic practice tests, bilingual study mode, and limited AI features. Premium ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) unlocks AI tutoring, mock interview simulation, advanced analytics, unlimited practice tests, and offline study mode.

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find AiPrepCert, and tap "Cancel Subscription." On Android: Open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions, find AiPrepCert, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not directly through AiPrepCert. Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Open Google Play > Account > Order history, find the charge, and request a refund. Requests typically need to be made within 48 hours of purchase.

The AI tutor is available when studying any question. Tap the "Ask AI" button to ask follow-up questions about civics topics, request simpler explanations, or get context about any answer. The tutor responds in your preferred language and can explain concepts in different ways to help you understand.

Go to Settings > Language in the app. Select your preferred language from 100+ available options. In bilingual mode, questions will display in both English and your selected language side by side.

Yes. Core study features including question banks and practice tests work offline once the content has been downloaded. AI-powered features (AI tutor, mock interviews) require an internet connection. Your offline progress will sync automatically when you reconnect.

The mock interview (Premium feature) simulates a real exam interview. The AI interviewer asks questions verbally and you practice answering out loud. After each session, you receive feedback on accuracy and areas for improvement. This is especially helpful for exams with an oral component, like the US citizenship naturalization interview.

First, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app — your progress is saved to your account and will sync when you sign back in.

Make sure you are signed into the same account on both devices and that both have an active internet connection. Open the app on each device and pull down to refresh. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in on the device that is not up to date.

AI features require an internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular data. If connected but still not working, the AI service may be experiencing temporary high traffic. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem continues, please contact support.
